Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Starboy Streetwear website. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

All orders are paid securely by card at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until the payment has been completed successfully.

Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch if an item is unavailable or payment is not received within 7 days.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days of payment clearing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you once the parcel leaves our premises.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout and must be paid as part of the total order amount.

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Worn, washed, altered or damaged items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return address and authorisation.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
